Using ZO-GO
What ZO-GO is
ZO-GO helps RV owners work out what is wrong with their rig, and connects them with independent mobile RV technicians when a job needs one. It also includes a trip planner.
Safety comes first
Important
ZO-GO gives guidance, not a guarantee. You know your own limits and your own rig. If a step feels unsafe, stop. If you smell propane, see smoke, or suspect an electrical fault, leave the rig, shut off the propane at the tank if you can do so safely, and get help. In an emergency call 911.
- Repair guidance is general information based on what you tell us. It can be wrong.
- You are responsible for work you choose to do yourself.
Technicians are independent
- Techs you meet through ZO-GO run their own businesses. They are not ZO-GO employees.
- The repair, its price and its warranty are between you and the tech.
- ZO-GO introduces the two of you and steps back once you are matched.
Fees
- Owners: a match fee per tech match, or a subscription that includes matches.
- Techs: a lead fee when an owner chooses you.
- During the beta these fees are waived. Nothing is charged, and no card is needed.
Your account and your content
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and keep trip edit links private.
- What you write and upload stays yours. You let us store and show it so the service works.
- Don't use ZO-GO to break the law, harass anyone, or get around the introduction between owners and techs.
It's a beta
Things will change and may break. Data from the beta may be reset before launch. We may pause or close an account that misuses the service.
